The current staff of PPS includes five senior consultants including:  Ronald L. Pattison, and Harry W. Mandel. These two professionals offer over 47 years combined experience in employee benefits.  Ron is a CPA and the founder of the Company, while Harry is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.

Our technical staff includes seven full-time and three part-time employees:

Leah Mitchell is a CPA and has a background in public accounting, along with nine years of experience in benefit consulting firms. 

Patrice Kramm, who joined PPS in 1993, has 15 years experience in both bank trust and consulting firm environments.

Technical work is performed within PPS on PC-based software maintained by a national computer support vendor specializing in retirement plan software.  Changes in legal and technical requirements are reported to PPS through a national pension news service.  The PPS staff keeps up to date on issues within the retirement consulting profession through attendance of national and regional professional meetings, such as the Enrolled Actuaries Annual Meeting and the IRS Practitioners Benefits Conference.  As professionals within the accounting and actuarial professions, they are subject to continuing education requirements to maintain their professional standings.
