The current staff of PPS includes five senior consultants including Ronald L. Pattison. Ron is a CPA and the founder of the Company.

Our technical staff includes seven full-time and three part-time employees:

Leah Mitchell is a CPA and Vice President of the Company. She has a background in public accounting, along with 12 years of experience in benefit consulting firms. 

Patrice Kramm, who joined PPS in 1993, has 25 years experience in both bank trust and consulting firm environments.

Technical work is performed within PPS on PC-based software maintained by a national computer support vendor specializing in retirement plan software. This network is backed up daily. Changes in legal and technical requirements are reported to PPS through a national pension news service.  The PPS staff keeps up to date on issues within the retirement consulting profession through attendance of national and regional professional meetings, such as the IRS Practitioners Benefits Conference.  As accounting professionals they are subject to continuing education requirements to maintain their professional standings.
