RONALD L. PATTISON
Ron graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting. After graduating, Ron moved to New Mexico in 1982 working in Public Accounting and received his CPA Certificate in August of 1984. Ron has specialized in the design and administration of defined contribution plans, but also has a working knowledge of the requirements for defined benefit plans. He was the manager of the Defined Contribution practice group in the Albuquerque Office of a national consulting firm. Ron left that practice in December of 1990 to start Pattison Pension Specialists, Inc.
LEAH J. MITCHELL
Leah is a CPA and has a background in public accounting along with over 20 years of experience with benefit consulting firms. Leah has two bachelor degrees from John Brown University. She has been with PPS since November 1995 and became Vice President in 2007. In addition to her consulting duties, Leah manages daily operations and is responsible for compliance standards. |
PATRICE G. KRAMM
Patrice has over 25 years experience in both bank trust and consulting firm environments including working with Ron at a national consulting firm. She joined PPS in 1993. Patrice graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1975.
ROBYN ALIBN
Robyn joined PPS in 2000. She has an associate degree in accounting and over 20 years of accounting experience – ranging from retail bookkeeping to corporate accounting manager.
KATHI HATCHER
Kathi has over 25 years of experience in employee benefits and pension plan administration. Her background is in corporate human resources and bank trust departments. Kathi joined PPS in 2004.
