RONALD L. PATTISON
Ron is a qualified retirement plan specialist. He graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting. After graduating, Ron moved to New Mexico in 1982 working in Public Accounting and received his CPA Certificate in August of 1984. Ron has specialized in the design and administration of defined contribution plans, but also has a working knowledge of the requirements for defined benefit plans. He was the manager of the Defined Contribution practice group in the Albuquerque Office of a national consulting firm. Ron left that practice in December of 1990 to start Pattison Pension Specialists, Inc.

LEAH J. MITCHELL
Leah is a CPA and has a background in public accounting along with 11 years of experience in benefit consulting firms. Leah has been with PPS since November 1995. In addition to her consulting duties Leah manages the assignment of work in the office and oversees all Nationwide Plans.

PATRICE G. KRAMM
Patrice has 18 years experience in both bank trust and consulting firm environments including working with Ron at William M. Mercer before joining Ron in 1993 at PPS.

TERI SOLED-HARPER
Teri is the newest member of our senior consultants. Teri has 28 years of experience and was most recently the Pension Administration Manager for an administrative company, overseeing approximately 100 plans.
